GF BROWN INSURANCE SERVICES

GFBrown Insurance is a family owned and operated insurance and family planning provider in Albany, CA. The former multi page website was hard to navigate. It was also in need of a creative facelift so that it stood out among local competitors. The goal of this project was to solve problems with user interactivity on the web. The solution was to create an established mobile experience, a revised identity and completely redesigned website.

THE PROBLEM

It wasn't very clear to users how they could benefit from GFBrown Insurance on first glance. The look and feel of the previous website didn't clearly speak to the target audience. There was no effective established identity.

TASKS

1.
Establish identity standards to create consistency on both the website and in digital and print media.
2.
Create a look and feel that would better resonate with website visitors in order to increase organic reach.
3.
Create a better user experience for both new and current clients.
IDENTITY
Prior to re-design, I created a color palette and established a font pair to enhance the brand identity and online experience.
